Paul has over twenty-five years in Technology Risk Management and Compliance Advisory services with a primary goal of reducing risk by improving overall technology controls. His expertise includes Design / Build / Implement compliance programs within heavily regulated industries: FFIEC, GLBA, SOx, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, CIS 20, ISO 27k, DFARS, CMMC (NIST 800-171) and SSAE18 SOC 1 & 2.

Leo Vasquez – Senior Advisor
With an expertise in strategy, management, and finance, Leo’s business and organizational leadership career has spanned over three decades, serving in key roles for private sector and governmental organizations.  Leo is a four-time Texas gubernatorial appointee, serving on important boards and commissions for the State of Texas.  Leo earned his BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Jennifer J. Feather, Ph.D. – Senior Advisor
Jen is recognized for her leadership and expertise in the fields of English literature and higher education management.  While her passion is in education, she assists clients in the areas of written expression, critical thinking, and analysis.  With her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, and MA and Ph.D. from Brown University, Professor Feather is now tenured at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, where in addition to her beloved teaching duties, she has served as Director of Graduate Studies and Head of the English Department.

In Memoriam – John Feather, Esq. – Founding Influence
John’s memory and influence on the rest of The Feather Group team is profound and deep – we all learned much from our Senior Counselor.   He served as a practicing attorney in Texas for over 50 years, with expertise in litigation, corporate law, and intellectual property.  He had cases covering every imaginable topic area.  He was also recognized as a devout biblical scholar, teaching the Roundtable Class at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas, for over 35 years.
